Pre-order items require additional time for production and may take 30 to 120 days before shipping. As a token of appreciation for your patience, pre-orders may include a complimentary mystery item.

Fortunately, we're able to make changes to an order if notified. If you notice an error, contact us within 8 hours or Less right after purchase through our email or social media pages, and we’ll do our best to assist. After this window, no changes can be made.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it immediately enters our processing system. However, in certain cases, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation request.

To check if your order qualifies for cancellation, please submit a request within 24 hours via our help center. After processing begins, cancellations and modifications will no longer be possible.

Important: A cancellation is only confirmed once you receive an official refund confirmation email. If you do not receive one, we are unable to process your request.
